LINGUISTIC PARAMETERS SPECIFICITY OF MEDIATION DISCOURSE

Abstract.
The article presents the characteristics of the main linguistic mediation discourse parameters and their functioning features in the related discourse models of the alternative regulation conflicts sphere. The mediation discourse construction specificity is determined by such parameters as subjectivity and term logicality which define the communicative strategies choice used by the process participants, lexical material, construction schemes of meditative speeches etc. The intertextuality connects the mediation discourse with the legal discourses and also determines its introduction into the other discourse systems (psychological), vocabulary exchange, speech cliché etc. The analysis of the linguistic part of the mediation discourse will make a contribution to the more effective strategies creation in the sphere of conflicts alternative solution which began to develop in Russia.
