Abstract.
The article is devoted to one of the aspects of the problem of correlation between formal and semantic typology of the case - the possibilities of various morphological characters to arrange a particular type of a case system in the language. The analysis of this question requires more precise definition of the classification of morphological methods expressing the case and the formation of case systems classification based on the distinguishing of grammatical, semantic and locative cases.
