Abstract.
The article is devoted to the English-language borrowings in the speech of the communicants during a job interview for managerial positions. Having analyzed the anglicisms used by the interviewer and the interviewee the author comes to the conclusion that this phenomenon is determined by a number of factors and, on the whole, it is the means of realization of the communicative strategy within the framework of which the psycholinguistic “consolidation” of specialists, sharing the common professional and linguistic worldview.
