THE USE OF NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING IN TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES: A MOTIVATIONAL ASPECT

Abstract. The article examines the application of the methodology of neuro-linguistic programming in teaching foreign languages. The paper substantiates the necessity to take into account the peculiarities of thinking, phenomena and perception effects, the impact of emotional background, the structure of a learner’s subjective experience and etc. The importance of creating a positive emotional background for an efficient information perception, ecological building of metastrategies and the formation of the system of supporting beliefs for motivation strengthening is shown.
