THE PRAGMATIC ASPECT OF DEICTIC PROCEDURE IN SPACIOUS DESCRIPTIONS OF A NARRATIVE LITERARY TEXT (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE GERMAN LANGUAGE)

Abstract.
The article highlights the aspects of external and internal organization of a text space. Based on the works of a number of linguists, linguistic features, called deictic symbols, and mechanisms of deictic procedure while describing internal space of the German narrative literary text are presented. By the example of textual fragments of the novel by T. Fontane “Trials and Tribulations” the pragmatic tendency of spacious descriptions in the literary narration is formulated.
