Abstract.
The article considers such phenomenon as terminology in science. On the basis of the analysis of the examples from the English, Russian and Tatar languages the generality of scientific terminology in the languages of different structures are argued. The causes of emergence of the borrowed terminology are shown. Special attention is paid to the necessity of developing scientific studies in this direction as the scientific workers and specialists of all spheres of life should be able to use special terminology.
