Abstract. The article substantiates the necessity and possibilities of the introduction of synergetic approach in the educational process of the higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The essence of synergetic approach and pedagogical synergetics and also the conditions of its implementation are clarified. The specificity of forms and methods providing the synergetic nature of upbringing and educational process is revealed. A complex of measures of organizational, practical and control-motivating character is presented. The main results of the work may be applied in various educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
