Abstract. This article is devoted to the analysis of the translation of poetic tropes in the poem by V. Mayakovsky “Listen!”. In this poem there are many stylistic figures and means of linguistic expressiveness, the translation of which can cause certain difficulties in the process of poetic translation into foreign languages. The author analyzes the correspondence of the tropes used in the translations into English, Spanish and Turkish, to the original, and also compares variants of the translation of speech figures among themselves.
