Component Actualization in Field Comparison of Phraseological Units (by the Material of the Russian, English and Spanish Phraseological Units with the Component “Head”)

Abstract.
The article analyses phraseological parallels in the Russian, Spanish and English languages. The study aims to compile an interlingual comparative field of phraseological units with a common component. A field model is described; criteria for such an analysis are identified. In accordance with the research objective, the author has compiled a phraseological field of the Russian, English and Spanish phraseological units with the component “head”, which constitutes scientific originality of the study. Each field zone is described taking into account national and cultural specificity of the Russian, English and Spanish phraseological units. The findings indicate that an interlingual comparative model of phraseological units represents clearly their universal characteristics as well as national and cultural specificity.
