Abstract.
This research aims to model an innovative methodology for applying information and communication technologies (ICTs) in literature lessons within the framework of studying monographic topics in senior secondary school. The article examines a method for implementing ICTs in 10th-grade literature classes during the study of I. A. Goncharov's works. The scientific novelty of this study lies in its presentation, for the first time, of an innovative methodology for the systematic application of ICTs in the study of monographic topics in senior secondary school literature courses. These technologies are characterized by substantial educational opportunities, polyfunctionality, and universality, enabling the creation of a multisensory educational environment that enriches the learning process. This approach meets the requirements of literature as both an academic subject and an art form that operates with images. The integrative role of ICTs in the modern literature curriculum is emphasized, highlighting their ability to consolidate other educational innovations. Furthermore, the study describes methods for their application at various stages of students' engagement with a monographic topic. The findings of this research have contributed to an evaluation of the level of methodical understanding regarding the integration of ICTs into the examination of monographic topics in senior secondary school literature lessons. They also served as a starting point in modeling an innovative methodological system for their use in the study of I. A. Goncharov's works in the 10th grade, which has demonstrated its effectiveness in real educational settings.
