Abstract. The aim of the work is to identify and describe the essential features of French interpersonal interaction at the level of discursive constructions in line with the discovery of promising vectors for creating a comprehensive theory of linguacultural proactivity, taking into account the cognitive and communicative data of the national mentality. Achieving this aim opens up opportunities for optimally constructive positioning of the phenomenon of French rationality as an object of research within the framework of converse analysis through the prism of historical and new comparative studies. The scientific novelty of the study is seen in the application of a comparative-convergent approach to the study of modern French rhetoric and in the creation of an updated model of linguosemiological description of the narrative to clarify the conceptual apparatus and more clearly structure the terminology of discourse studies, as well as the theory of language and the theory of communication. The central point of the work is the interpretation of the rhetorical utterance as a labile and dynamically functioning unit of discourse and narrative of various types with its own system of semiotic supports and reference points reflecting the emotional and expressive intentions of the subject of the utterance. The research model is based on the application of the method of reflexive comparison of oratorical techniques implemented in the space of close (Italian) and distant (Japanese) linguacultures in relation to the target language culture (French). Based on the data obtained, it becomes possible to identify additional mechanisms for the formation of an updated epistemological narrative, which leads to a dialogue and constructive synergy between representatives of various sciences and disciplines, on the paths of constructing and implementing models of adequate empathic communication associated with the proactive dynamics of the development of synergy of linguosemiotic and linguacultural parameters of the speech act.
