Value vectors of Ossetian children’s poetry in the late 20th and early 21st centuries in the regional context

Abstract.
The article discusses one of the priority areas of modern philological science – the study of the value orientations of the literary text in Ossetian children’s poetry of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. The purpose of the study is to systematize and describe the value orientations of modern Ossetian children’s poetry at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, to reveal their content and artistic expression in the regional context. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it is the first comprehensive study of the value orientations of Ossetian children’s poetry at the turn of the century, and it introduces a number of new works (poems by B. Burnatsev, A. Britayev, F. Khokhoiti, and A. Gakhov) into scientific circulation. A typology of value orientations in the regional discourse of children’s poetry is proposed. The results obtained have shown that Ossetian children’s poetry of the late 20th and early 21st centuries maintains a deep connection with the national tradition, while also responding to the challenges of the modern era. Its value field reflects both universal and ethnically specific guidelines, playing an important role in cultural continuity and identity. For greater clarity and completeness, the author examines Ossetian children’s poetry in the context of regional literatures.
