Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of the objectification of the severity degree assessment of patients having acute surgical pathology such as perforated stomach cancer. Basing on the research results the discriminating functions and classification tree, which allow prognosticating the severity degree of the general condition of patients belonging to this category, have been received with the help of multidimentional statistics analysis methods.
