OLIGOESTERS INFLUENCE ON WARM-BLOODED ANIMALSТ METABOLIC STATUS UNDER SUBACUTE EXPERIMENT CONDITIONS

Abstract. The influence of oligoesters new group on liver metabolic status and also some indicators of energy and carbohydrate metabolism were researched under the conditions of subacute toxicological experiment. The uncoupling of tissue respiration and oxidative phosphorylation against the background of adenosine triphosphate production reducing, and also the derangements of carbohydrate, protein, lipidic metabolisms and the significant inhibition of xenobiotics detoxication processes are determined.
