Abstract. This article describes the results of coraxan application for patients with coronary heart disease combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after coronary artery bypass grafting based on the antianginal effect of this medicine: the reduction of heart stroke number, patients’ life quality improvement, the total amount and time reduction of ischemic depression.
