ALTERNATING MAGNETIC FIELDS INFLUENCE ON PATIENTS DURING MAGNETIC RESONANCE TOMOGRAPHY

Abstract. The article is devoted to researching physical factors that influence a patient during magnetic resonance tomography (MRT). Strong static and alternating (gradient) magnetic fields, radio-frequency radiation influence on biological objects is analyzed. The percentage of patients having contra-indications for MRT implementation and side effects occurrence frequency during different types of researches are determined.
