FUNCTIONAL INTERHEMISPHERIC ASYMMETRY AND METABOLIC PROCESSES PECULIARITIES IN CEREBRAL CORTEX

Abstract. The article presents the results of the studies of such dynamic parameter as functional hemispheric asymmetry. Cerebral energy metabolism was assessed in real time - the registration of the level of brain permanent potentials was conducted. The connection of functional interhemispheric asymmetry indexes with the peculiarities of metabolic process in cerebral cortex was identified on the basis of the data obtained from the hardware system "Neiroenergometr-04".
