Abstract. The article is devoted to the significance of political advertising in the modern world. The author considers the problem of the formation of public attitudes to the most noticeable negative phenomena of our life, analyzes the role of the main mass media in this process. In this article the author studies the opportunities and proposes the concrete ways of political advertising powerful potential use for the purposes of creating more harmonious social-political climate in the country.
