COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PHYSIOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF TWO KINDS OF WINTER WHEAT, WHICH DIFFER IN STALK HEIGHT AND PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract. In the article the comparative physiological characteristic of two kinds of winter wheat is given. It is shown that plants of more productive short-stalked kind Nemchinovskaya-52 are characterized by the heightened values of operating adsorbing surface of roots, intensity of absorption and accumulation of ions К +, concentration of endogenous cytokinins and chlorophyll, photochemical activity of chloroplasts, photosynthetic and chlorophyllous index rate in comparison with Zarya. The range of the studied phases of plants development, physiological parameters and processes, which condition the heightened productivity of the short-stalked kind, is extended.
