Abstract. The sense of human socialization in adulthood consists in finding the ways of self-realization and its implementation. In the modern Russian conditions the process of self-realization during retirement acquires particular importance, as the correction of new life senses and the trajectories of self-realization is needed. The purpose of this article is to identify the characteristic features of the interconnection of the sense sphere and self-realization of working and retired pensioners.
