DESIGN OF MULTIPLE PROCESSING IN ADEM SYSTEM ON SMALL-SIZE MILLING MACHINES WITH PC CONTROL

Abstract. The article shows a possibility of design in the national CAD/CAM/CAPP system ADEM of multiple processing on small-size milling machines with PC control. For developed modeling parts with the possibility of their production on such machines the design of the multiple milling processing of two identical and two different parts and the modeling of this processing are carried out. After the revision of the received control programs they were tested on a small-size milling machine MSH2.2 with PC control to perform multiple processing.
