ON CERTAIN PECULIARITIES OF THE KULAKS IN THE PRE-SOVIET VILLAGE

Abstract. In the article the peculiarities and characteristics of the kulaks in the pre-soviet village are revealed. The authors’ vision of the issue of the origin of the kulaks in the Russian village of the second half of the XIX - the beginning of the XX century is presented. The features of the emergence and development of the kulaks in the Russian village of the stated period are researched. An attempt to study usury in the pre-soviet village is made.
