FORMS TO EXERCISE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE: THEORETICAL AND APPLIED PROBLEMS OF THE CONCEPT DEFINITION

Abstract. The article discusses forms to exercise the functions of the state. The author examines different approaches to defining the concept "a form to exercise the functions of the state". The paper shows that the scientific qualitative characteristic of the category under analysis requires improvement. The researcher has analyzed the etymological meaning of the term "form", proved the influence of realities on the formation of the mentioned concept and introduced her own original definition of forms to exercise the functions of the state.
