PROBLEM ISSUES OF CLASSIFICATION OF FORMS OF STATE FUNCTIONS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the classification of the forms of state functions implementation. The author analyzes various scientific views on the issue under review. Particular attention is paid to legal forms as they have some advantages over other ones. On the basis of the study the researcher gives a definition of the legal form of state functions implementation, proposes to single out a law-making legal form and a law-enforcement one.
