ACCOUNT OF STAFF INDIVIDUAL PECULIARITIES AND MOTIVES DURING THE PROCEDURE OF PERSONNEL PLANNING AND ATTRACTION OF EMPLOYEES INTO ORGANIZATION

Abstract. The article touches upon a topical problem, in the basis of which the lack of the Russian managers’ attention to the individual psychological qualities of employees and their labour motives lies. Relying on the conducted analysis the author gives recommendations on the implementation of effective employment policy with the consideration of the individual psychological peculiarities of the person and puts forward a number of proposals aimed at strengthening or weakening an employee’s certain motives depending on the organization objectives.
