FORMATION AND ACTIVITY OF VORONEZH PROVINCE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN THE YEARS OF THE CIVIL WAR (1917-1922)

Abstract. The article examines the process of judicial system formation in the territory of Voronezh province in the years of the Civil War (1917-1922). The author focuses on the peculiarities of its functioning, identifies the subjective and objective factors influencing its efficiency. The paper discovers the extent of the adequacy of the expectations of the political elite regarding "revolutionary consciousness and creativity of the masses".
