SYSTEMS OF INCREASING SOLAR BATTERIES EFFICIENCY

Abstract. The article discusses various methods of increasing solar panels efficiency: through the use of new materials, installation of solar concentrators and sun tracking technology. The paper reveals causes, why solar power is not yet able to compete with the main methods of electric power production. Each method is substantiated, analyzed in terms of its advantages and disadvantages. On this basis the authors make a general conclusion and select the most effective technologies known today.
