MANAGEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF WORK STIMULATION OF TEACHING STAFF IN THE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines the main aspects of the management of the work motivation of the teaching staff of an institution of higher education. The financial tools of the work stimulation of the teachers of an institution of higher education (salary, grants, bonuses and premiums), and various tools of nonmaterial stimulation are examined. In particular, the role of the socio-psychological climate and the interpersonal compatibility of teachers is highlighted. Recommendations on the improvement of the efficiency of the work stimulation of teaching staff and the elimination of the existing problems in this sphere are given.
