SYSTEM TO INTERACT WITH CONSUMERS IN THE ORGANIZATION’S CLIENT-ORIENTED STRATEGY

Abstract. The article describes the elements of the organization’s system to interact with its consumers. The authors show the basic content of each element, identify the role and place of interrelations with consumers within the framework of the client-oriented approach to the organization development. The paper justifies the necessity to use innovative marketing technologies in the organization’s system to interact with its consumers, in particular, referential marketing, event-marketing and HR-branding.
