STUDYING THE DRAWBEAD SHAPE EFFECT ON TENSIONS WHEN STRETCHING A BOX BODY

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the drawbead shape effect on the stress-deformed state when stretching box bodies from plates. A mathematical model of the process is developed using the AutoForm software package and the findings are verified experimentally. The author evaluates how the change of mechanical, geometrical characteristics of the workpiece and changing grease conditions influence maximal tensions.
