USE OF SERUM-BRAN JELLIFIED PRODUCT FOR DIETETIC NUTRITION

Abstract. The article offers a product with prophylactic and dietary properties created from powdered lactoserum and wheat bran, which are by-products of the dairy and flour-grinding industries. Pectin is used as vegetable filler. The obtained product has a broad spectrum of impact on the human organism.
