Abstract. The article deals with the spectral analysis "structure of substance - biological activity" of synthesized derivatives of 2'-substituted chalcones on the basis of the modern system "Prediction of Activity Spectra for Substances". The given structures are proved by the X-ray analysis, their physical and thermodynamic properties are examined. The authors focus on biological activity of substances in connection with their structure in terms of contribution of the invariable part - the nucleus - and substituents with provision for their positions.
