CIVIL SOCIETY AS A REAL FORM OF SOCIAL BEING IN KYRGYZSTAN

Abstract. The article gives a brief overview of some approaches to civil society delineation and its definition is presented. On the basis of a structural-functional analysis the authors examine the main institutions of civil society in Kyrgyzstan. The conclusion is substantiated that it becomes a real form of social being of modern Kyrgyzstan society.
