PROBLEMS OF REFORMATION OF CONVICTED PEOPLE: EXPERIENCE AND PERSPECTIVES OF SOLVING

Abstract. The article shows the main theoretical aspects of reformation of convicted people. The author points out that the problems of reformation of convicted and confined people may be minimized if the legal and social projects are realized not only in some regions but on the whole territory of the Russian Federation.
