ARBITRATION SYSTEM OF RUSSIA: UNITY OF FORMAL AND INFORMAL ORDER

Abstract. The article describes the mechanism of the informal practices formation in the arbitration system of Russia. The author pays the main attention to the study of the strategies of subjects' behaviour in the arbitration sphere and to the study of the forming symbiosis of formal legal norms with informal practices of their realization. The author believes that with the high level of the formalization of relations in this sphere the unregistered rules of interaction between subjects play the great role.
