RAILWAY LIBRARIES AS THE FACTOR OF SIBERIA CULTURAL SPACE FORMATIONAT THE TURN OF THE XIXTH-XXTH CENTURIES

Abstract. The article reveals the role of railway libraries in the formation of Siberia cultural space at the turn of the XIXth-XXth centuries. The specificity of librarianship organization at the Siberian railroad is shown. The importance of railway libraries for enlightening the population of the Siberian region is underlined.
