Abstract. In the article the philosophical views concerning the problem of guilt and innocence are considered from epistemic positions. The essential and dialectic connection between the categories guilty and innocent is revealed. Philosophical grounds of an innocent deed are determined with the purpose of the further formation of general theoretic conception (doctrine) about innocent behavior in law.
