STATE AUTHORITY IDEOLOGICAL SAFETY: NOTION AND ESSENCE

Abstract. In the article the notion and essence of state authority ideological safety are revealed on the basis of system approach methodology. Using the notion of the homeostasis of state authority as a system the author characterizes ideological safety as the basis of the optimal organization and effective functioning of state authority under the existing political conditions.
