SERVICE CLASS IN CHINATOWN POPULATION STRUCTURE IN THE XVIITH CENTURY

Abstract. The article has interdisciplinary character, it is written at the joint of social history and city history. State enrolled persons are considered as a component of Moscow population of the XVIIth century (by the example of Chinatown). The analysis of the ratio of the various groups of service class in the population of the given Moscow district allows revealing the evolution of its historical functions.
