MATERIAL PREFERENCES OF TECHNOCRATIC ELITE WITHIN ANGARA-ENISEI REGION IN THE 1960-1980S

Abstract. The author considers the material preferences types of regional technocratic elite in the 1960-1980s, analyzes in detail the mechanisms of business leaders' salary fund formation, pays special attention to such components of material preferences as salary, personal allowances and material incentives (bonuses), presents the comparative data on salary level of economic executives as well as some high-ranking party officials and reveals the reasons of the general and specific principles of regional technocratic elite's salary fund formation.
