Abstract. The author considers the process of soviet agricultural legislation formation and development in 1918 in the sphere of collective land tenure support within the RSFSR basing on various sources; comprehensively analyzes the revealed materials and shows which legislative acts were declared at that period, their content, specifics and the aim which they pursued.
