FORMATION OF ANIME, ITS DISTINCTIVE STYLISTIC FEATURES, DIFFERENCES FROM MANGA AND ARTISTIC-TECHNOLOGICAL STAGES OF CREATION

Abstract. The author discusses the creation of anime, its difference from manga – the related direction of fine art, pays attention to the main stages of anime development in the first half of the XX century, reveals the influence of limited animation method, the works of some artists and studios, colour as a part of symbolic-graphical system on the formation of anime stylistics, considers major differences between manga and anime, and shows the features of the artistic-technological process of their creation.
