"BIG SPACE CLUB" EXPANSION AND INTERNATIONAL SECURITY (BY EXAMPLE OF BRAZIL AND IRAN)

Abstract. In the XXI st century the expansion of the number of the countries – members of "Big Space Club", which space activity threatens the stability of the modern world, takes place, so there is a need to study their influence on international security. The article considers the space programmes of Brazil and Iran, analyzes the influence of their political course on international stability. The author comes to the conclusion about the need to improve the old and also to create new mechanisms and instruments of partnership between cosmic powers and new members of the Club.
