ON PROBLEM OF TEACHING PROFESSION FEMINIZATION UNDER CONDITIONS OF EDUCATION ROLE RENOVATION IN RUSSIAN SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. The article reveals the content of the notions "personnel feminization", "teaching profession feminization", which are the typical features of the modern Russian general education. The introduction of the federal state educational standards of general education is destined to ensure its better quality and new educational results in the emerging needs of modern society for the renovation of education. In this context, the understanding and search for ways to solve the problem of teaching profession feminization can have far-reaching consequences and results.
