HYBRID POLITICAL REGIME CONCEPT IN modern POLITICAL SCIENCE AS ANALYTICAL FRAMEWORK OF THE RUSSIAN POLICY ANALYSIS

Abstract. The author, basing on the analysis of the basic concepts and classifications of modern political regimes, suggests a coding system that allows revealing the main differences between the hybrid types of regimes, tells that her approach is based on six criteria that estimate the nature of the interaction between political elites and counter-elites, and concludes that the developed criteria for estimating political regimes may serve as a promising analytical framework of the analysis of the current political process in Russia.
