MECHANISM OF STATE FARM FORMATION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 1930S (BY THE MATERIALS OF EUROPEAN NORTH OF RSFSR)

Abstract. The author considers the previously little-studied processes of state farms formation and organization, in particular discusses the goals and objectives of their creation, construction stages, the scheme of creation, reveals the main problems of state farms organization and the factors that affect the rate of their construction, researches the process of their downsizing, raises the questions of state farms management organization, and uses the archival documents of the European North of Russia.
