FEDOR MORGUN – ORGANIZER OF SOIL PROTECTING SYSTEM OF AGRICULTURE IN BELGOROD REGION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The author considers the activity of agrarian, scientist-innovator, academician F. T. Morgun on the post of the administration head’s adviser of Belgorod region of the Russian Federation – E. S. Savchenko, shows that their co-operation in practice confirmed the effectiveness of implementing the subsurface soil protecting method of agriculture, and concludes that it led to the reorganization of the entire economic complex of Belgorod region and the improvement of the residents’ life and work quality.
