JUSTICE AND NATURAL LAW – WAY TO LIBERAL IDEOLOGY AND STAGE TO POSITIVE UNDERSTANDING OF LAW

Abstract. The author considers the history of the conventional understanding formation of the idea of justice, shows that the basis of the modern liberal ideology is the synthesis of the conventional understanding of justice phenomenon and the natural law school ideas, and pays special attention to the process of the practical implementation of the natural law school regulations that strengthened the role of legislation in public relations regulation, and as a result, became a step toward the positive understanding of law.
