PIONEER WORK AT SCHOOL IN THE SECOND HALF OF 1924 - 1929 (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE UPPER VOLGA PROVINCES)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of pioneer work at school during the second half of 1924 - 1929. The issue of school pioneer outposts organization is considered, and the estimation of their effectiveness is given. Against the background of all-union tendencies the specificity of the situation in the Upper Volga region (within the boundaries of Vladimir, Ivanovo-Voznesensk, Kostroma and Yaroslavl provinces) is revealed. Particular attention is paid to school teachers’ attitude to the spread of pioneer influence at school, as well as the relation between pioneers and "unorganized" pupils.
