USING CASE METHOD AS MEANS FOR FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF LAW STUDENTS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of forming professional competences of law students by means of using a case method (method of situational teaching) in the process of studying juridical disciplines. The author pays special attention to the analysis of various types of cases considering the goals and tasks of their usage, structure and the specifics of the problem formulation. The paper also analyzes the content of a case and the final results of using the method of situational teaching of law students.
